minimalist art

"I create minimalist art that invites self-reflection.

Emotions and perspectives take shape in abstract forms –

becoming visible and tangible."

Carolin Kreutzer, Her work delves deeply into themes of relationships and perception, exploring the delicate balance between shared values and individual freedom. Through her minimalist yet powerful compositions, she distills visual elements to their essence, using hard edges to frame fields of homogeneous color, creating a striking interplay between constraint and harmony.

Elements provide the foundations for her artistic approach, which is grounded in the belief that feelings and perspectives can be translated into abstract forms, making them visible and tangible.

Before she started painting she was developing corporate designs as an art director. Her background in design helps her to create carefully constructed, and balanced abstract artworks that appeal to a sense of structure while maintaining an element of playfulness.

Born in Hamburg Carolin is based in the picturesque countryside outside Stuttgart, Germany.
